Super Saiyan Blue is the result of combining Super Saiyan God with the Super Saiyan form, resulting in a powerful transformation with intense blue hair and aura. On the other hand, Super Saiyan 4 is a unique transformation that is achieved through a different method, resulting in a more primal and feral appearance.
